2nd graders in Mrs. Greer's classroom just completed a unit learning about the Landforms of North America. Students studied each of the landforms in class as well as during computer time. Their unit ended by completing a PhotoStory as a group about one of the National Parks in the United States. Websites were used to gather information about their National Park during computer lab time with Mrs. Fink. We also used Google Images to find pictures of their park that went with the information they found. Scripts were written with help from classroom teachers during class time. Students then worked with Mrs. Fink in the library and computer lab to record their PhotoStories. We sure learned a LOT about the National Parks in the United States.
